Development of physicians with CAM qualification and "Heilpraktiker" in Germany

Professor Stefanie Joos of the University of Tübingen, the lead author of the above-mentioned survey, also held a presentation called Integration of Complementary and Alternative Care in Primary Health Care (176at the International Congress for Integrative Health and Medicine in 2016 in Stuttgart. Below is a graph illustrating the increase in the number of physicians with CAM qualifications and licensed non-medical practitioners, Heilpraktiker, who also provide a number of CAM therapies in Germany:
